What you can expect

With the patient's written authorization, you will receive a consultation note summarizing the assessment, the differential diagnosis, and recommendations. Patients can continue with the practice for ongoing care or return to you with a clear plan.

The practice does not prescribe controlled substances at this time. When a stimulant or other controlled medication may be appropriate, Dr. Khan can share his assessment with you. Any prescribing decision remains your independent clinical judgment.
